ax25mail-utils software package provides hamradio packet utilities for fbb, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ax25mail-utils
ax25mail-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ax25mail-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ax25mail-utils *
You will get with ax25mail-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
